I ordered earrings on October 22, 2024, arriving between Oct. 26-Nov. 1. It is Nov. 6, and they still haven't arrived. Tracking says it is "pre-transit. "..I have contacted the seller a few times and have not heard back except for a message that says I have contacted her outside of normal business hours. I have contacted her in the morning, afternoon, and evening, so I'm not sure what normal business hours are.
